Athens Chelsea Hotel Bar in Pagrati

Eva and Giorgos, the owners of the Chelsea Hotel cafe-bar in Pagrati, took inspiration for the bar's name, set-up, and theme, from the Chelsea Hotel in New York City, legendary in the 1960s.
The couple stayed there when they visited New York and discovered that many artists, intellectuals, punks, and drag queens, had stayed at its premises. Jack Kerouac, Andy Warhol, Jimi Hendrix, and Charles Bukowski, to name a few!

Chelsea Hotel was an instant success from the moment it opened in 2013; since then it has never been empty!
The mood is vibrant and intimate, with a bohemian aesthetic jazz music, and sophisticated decoration that combines colorful patterns with black and white photos of the tenants of the original hotel.
The couple established the bar with a sincere desire to provide its patrons with a good time, and they describe it as "a rest stop for rare individuals".

At the establishment, you can select from a large array of beers, spirits, and cocktails. In addition, it serves delicious snacks and foods to complement your experience.
