The Hellenic Motor Museum in Athens is housed in a very modern complex that stands within walking distance from the National Archaeological Museum.

The museum hosts exhibits of exceptional historical significance. The car collection is rotative and includes automotive masterpieces from current acclaimed vehicle manufacturers - Bentley, Bugatti, Ferrari, Porsche and Maserati name a few - as well as companies that no longer exist, like Delage and Siata. Cars owned by famous people like Robert Plant, Sir Laurence Olivier, and Lorenzo Bandini are featured in the museum's collection.

The vehicles that constitute the collection are categorized depending on their date of manufacture; antique, veteran, vintage, classic, post-classic, modern and contemporary. Additionally, visitors will not only have the opportunity to admire the aforementioned exhibits but also experience the life of a Formula 1 driver and visit a 20th-century car repair shop.

The museum also has a conference amphitheater and a venue that can host various kinds of events such as weddings, parties, private dinners and corporate and social events. Furthermore, educational programs about traffic education orientated toward children and teenagers can be arranged upon request.

The museum is open:
- 10:00 to 16:00 from Tuesday to Friday and from 11:00 to 18:00 on the weekends during the high season (May-October)
- 10:00 to 14:00 from Tuesday to Friday and from 11:00 to 18:00 on the weekends during the low season (November-April)
