The perched villages are lovely, also the forests and orchards and coast. Still unspoilt with few tourists. We based ourselves at 2 places on east & west Pilion. Easy to drive everywhere from there. The nicest beaches we visited were Horefto and Kala Nera, though no doubt many more we didn't see. Our best activity: Sitting under the plane trees in viallges watching the world go by. In terms of food and restaurants, there was plenty of choice and variety. As there were few foreign tourists the food seemed more authentic with dishes from the region.
