inhabitants and is the politic and economical centre of

the foot of the Mont Pelion and the traditional villages
of Pelion can be seen perched on the mountains.
The town has an important and large waterfront where all
the pastry shops, cafes-bars, restaurants and mezedopolia
are concentrated. The place gets really crowded. Many
surrounding streets are paved and offers interesting walks...
