Note:
- The prices include VAT & Public Tax and are valid for minimum stay of three nights.


- There\'s a sheet and towel change in the apartments every 3 days (more frequent change is possible).


- There\'s no additional charge for the wood-burning in the fireplace.


- An additional bed is possible in most of the suites, but has to be noted in advance and has a 20% extra cost on the price.


- During your reservation an advance payment will be asked of you, equal to the 25% of all your staying days and never less than two nights.


- The advance payment can be made with a deposition on a \"Piraeus Bank\" account or via post or telephone cheque.


A substancial deduction is possible, in each of the following cases:


- If your stay exceeds 5 nights and depending on the season


- For groups over 8 persons


- For clients with continuous reservations, special prices are held


- Special prices for Groups

Terms and Conditions:
- There\'s no extra charge for cancellations up to 21 days before the designated arrival. At that point we return to you the entire advance payment amount, by deducting only the bank or postal expenses if any.

- For a cancellation between 1-21 days before the designated arrival, you are being charged with 50% of the entire cost of stay.

- The arrival date isn\'t transferable, if for any reason you cannon make it on time.
