The Commercial Union and the people of Kalambaka, the town just off Meteora, express their protests against the decision of the Railway Organization of Greece (OSE) to abolish the direct train itineraries from Kalambaka to Athens and Thessaloniki. OSE is planning to restore the old itinerary, via the station of Paleofarsala. This is make it more difficult for residents and tourists to come to Kalambaka, as it will demand more time.
