How to get to Arachova?

An intercity bus service carries out routes between Arachova and Itea and between Arachova and Amfissa, too. In order to reach Arachova from Athens, you have to take the KTEL bus with direction to Delphi or Amfissa from Liossion bus station. The bus makes a stop in Arachova before reaching its final destination. The bus trip from Athens to Arachova is about 3 hours.

In order to reach Arachova by car, you have to drive through the National Greek Road Athens - Lamia. At the junction of Thebes, you follow the direction to Levadia and then you continue towards Arachova and Delphi. The distance between Arachova and Athens is about 172 km.

If you want to travel from Athens to Arachova by train, you should keep in mind that since there is no train connection between Arachova and Athens, you have to get off in Livadia. From this point, you can reach Arachova by KTEL bus or by taxi. Livadia is about 33 km away from Arachova.
