What I enjoyed most in Arachova was the traditional recipes I tasted. There, you will find all kind of pies, from the traditional cheese and vegetable pies to zucchini and meat pies with a lot of spices. Another excellent fish recipe is Brigiani, having haddock and vegetables as its main ingredients. Also definitely try formaella, a kind of cheese that is only made in Arachova. You will love it. When I left, I took some back home and now I am looking in all supermarkets to find it.
