Skopelos: Kastani Skopelos

Kastani beach Skopelos: Kastani is one of the loveliest beaches in Skopelos, with lovely crystal waters and white sand, located 15km from Skopelos Town. It has a remarkable environment surrounded by pine trees that reach the edge of the shore. Its majestic landscape has made a worldwide tour with the American film "Mamma Mia" (2008) where some scenes were actually shot at this wonderful beach. Kastani becomes busy in summer, but not as busy as Elios or Klima. A sloping dirt road, just 500 meters from the bus route, will lead you to the beach.
