Crenelation Policy
Cancellations are accepted ONLY in writing either by fax or email
If a cancellation is made 21 days prior to arrival no charge is made and the whole amount of the deposit is returned, minus bank expenses
If a cancellation is made 1-21 before your declared arrival, you are charged with 50% of the total cost of your stay
Is case of no-show you are charged with the whole amount of your stay.
The arrival date cannot be moved if for any reason you do not show up on time
