Kleopatra Villas is a new-built complex of detached residences, situated in frond of the magnificent beach Kolios of Skiathos island in Greece. Our philosophy is to provide relaxation and privacy to visitors who love close contact with the sea and nature and wish to discover the hidden beauties and customs of the island. The residences suggest the ideal choice for couples who want comfort and calmness, families and friends who wish to enjoy their vacation together in a home-like atmosphere, as well as visitors who own a boat.
Residences
Kleopatra villas consist of 5 detached villas with their own private space. The interior design is different and special for each residence. The owners, with special interest in nature and minimality, used a selection of natural materials, such as stone and mat, to maintain balance with the environment and create a romantic atmosphere in the villas. All comforts necessary to make your vacations relaxing and enjoying are provided.
There are 4 different types of accomodation:
• Suite Kochyli: (2-3 persons) 1 double-bed bedroom, 1 living room with one comfortable sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, yard or veranda.
• Suite Ippocampus: (4 persons) 1 double-bed bedroom, 1 living room with 2 comfortable sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, yard or veranda.
• Suite Ammos: (4-5 persons)1 double-bed bedroom, 1 attic with 2 single beds,1 living room with 1 comfortable sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, veranda.
• Villa Kyma: (5-6persons) 1 double-bed bedroom, 1 attic with 2 single beds, 1 living room with 1 comfortable sofa-bed, 1 sitting room with 1 bed-sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 2bathrooms, veranda, yard.
