Rates in Euro, per room & per night on bed & breakfast basis with taxes and service charges included.

Terms and Conditions:
For cancellations that may occur
•7 days or less prior to arrival during the Low Season,
•14 days or less prior to arrival during the Middle Season,
•21 days or less prior to arrival during the High and Peak Seasons,
the hotel will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. In case of no show, 50% of the reservation will be charged. In case of early departure, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
In case the deposit has been given with a credit card and is to be refunded, the hotel will charge a 5% bank expenses.
A deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required in order to confirm the reservation. For reservations less than 4 days a deposit of one overnight is required. Both a credit card or a bank wire transfer are welcomed.
