We did not stay at your hotel but following a recommendation by a couple of friends decided to try your restaurant - elias, and had a wonderful dinner. The food was surprisingly inventive while preserving those great Mediterranean flavours. My wife particularly enjoyed the spinash salad with grenadine and mozarella and the pasta with rocket and feta. I loved the beef filet sunrise and the prawns in filo pastry! Not to mention the succulent desserts. Congratulations to your chef!
