Highly recommended. Fantastic views, lovely rooms and a warm welcome from Konstantina herself. And, as well as the studios and apartments, there's a traditional cottage available nearby for anyone who wants to feel really at home. The island is beautiful with lots of great walks (buy the local guidebook) and beaches that will attract even the most reluctant swimmer.

We spend wonderfull Easter holidays in Konstantina's studios. The rooms are decorated with great and traditional taste. Spacious rooms, clean, with a great view and a sweet garden. The hospitality of Konstantina and her wonderful family was more than friendly. The old city of Alonissos is the best place to stay and the Konstantina Studios offer all that we needed for relaxing holidays in a beautiful island. We will visit you again this summer. Thanks for Everything!

As time passes, we remember a very peaceful stay at Alonissos.(2 weeks in summer 2007)
The very gentle and warm welcome of Konstantina is to be recommended. The studios are simply accomodated with taste and have all what you need (good beds, small kitchen and large shower). We have enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and marvellous view on the aegean sea.
Notice that discret cleaning is made every day, so, you have all the day to go to the different beaches, which are not crowded for most of them and provides a wild natural atmosphere. By foot, you can have dinner and walk in the small village of old Alonissos, which brings you a bit of "urban life" in comparison with the rest of the island which is quite calm, especially if you go up northwards and on the west side (no access to the beaches by car). As we are hikers, we explored every beach and some of them where we were almost alone.
If you want to have some rest, Alonissos is the place where to go.
Don't expect developed nautics infrastructures but you may go for a one day trip on a boat to explore other islands, also wild and desolated (except a monastry and a lot of goats).
Thank you again to Konstantina.
How is getting "Pitoune", did she have baby cats ?

We've been in Alonissos last summer for 10 days.
It's a beautiful island, nice beaches, gorgeous see and lovely charmy old village.
Konstantina is really the perfect host you can dream of, always present and ready to give you all the information you need for a perfect relaxing holiday. Konstantina studios are really nice: remember to book in advance to have your lovely room with the view ready for you. |
