Alonissos Beaches: Vythisma beach in Alonissos Greece Vythisma Beach Alonissos: This lovely beach is located just before Megalos Mourtias and is better reachable by boat, since the path leading there is very steep, almost washed out and surrounded by cliffs. It is a quiet place with crystal-clear waters, dark sand and colourful shingles. During the high season, Vythisma boasts windsurfing. It is considered, with Chrisi Milia, as the best beach of Alonissos, since it is one of the few sandy beaches on the island.
