General Information:

At the end of July 1996, the luxury traditional style residences complex Nissia (meaning islands) began operating on the island of Spetses five hundred meters from Dapia, on the sea front. Designed and built in the unique architectural heritage of the picturesque and highly cosmopolitan island resort of Spetses, the traditional residences Nissia, can offer vacation in style and comfort. The complex incorporates a carefully restored 1920s industrial building, which has been officially declared and listed as one of the island's most significant historic monuments, and high calibers residences created with taste and special care for every detail to offer a unique aesthetic experience by combining tradition and modern times. Featuring high calibers residences, including studios, suites, maisonettes and presidential residences (situated in the two towers of the restored building), the complex offer its guests an authentic taste of luxury and tradition combined. In fact, each spacious, carefully and tastefully furnished residence features private bathroom, color television, direct-dial telephone, independent air-conditioning/heating, a private veranda or balcony, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and where appropriate a fire place and a separate living room.
Accommodation
All residences are luxuriously fully furnished, equipment with satellite TV, direct dial telephone, self controlled air condition/heating and fully equipment kitchen. Daily cleaning service is available, as well as Room Service, from 08.00 to 24.00. Other facilities include a large swimming pool with a section for children, a coffee-bar restaurant offering a choice of refreshments, cocktails, snacks and a variety of exquisite meals and a games room. The cafe Nissia is open for hotel as well as for outside guests and offers high quality international and greek cuisine. It is also the ideal place for organizing reception, wedding dinners or galas either at the large verandas overlooking the sea or around the pool. Catering for leisure and business, the complex also boasts a fully equipped, purposely designed conference room with seating for about 70 delegates, classroom style, a professional staff and a wide range of services that ensure the success of every conference, reception and gala.
• Presidential Residences
Residences situated in the two towers of the restored building, reached by inner staircase and private lift with three liner levels. The first level comprises of two separate bedrooms of which one with 2 single beds and the other with bath and shower/WC and one bathroom with shower/WC, which one with 2 single beds and the other with double bed, one bathroom with bath and shower/WC, fully equipment large kitchen. The second level comprises of a large living room/dinning-room with fire place and large balcony overlooking the sea. The third level is a small wooden loft reached by a wooden staircase from the living room and furnished with a sofa that can accommodate 2 persons.
• Maisonettes
Residence situated in the pool area with 3 inner levels. The first floor comprises of two separate bedrooms of which one with 2 single beds and the other with double bed, bathroom with bath and shower/WC, private balcony. The ground floor comprises of living room, with one sofa that can accommodate one extra person, dining room, open plan fully equipment kitchen, separate WC, fire place, private veranda. The basement comprises of two separate bedrooms of which one with two single beds the other with one single bed, bathroom with shower/WC.
• Suites
Residence situated in the pool area either ground or 1st floor. Comprises of one separate bedroom with single beds, which can be made up as a double bed, or double bed and a separate living room with two sofas than can accommodate two extra persons, an open plan fully equipment kitchen, fire place, bathroom with bath and shower/WC and private veranda or balcony.
• Studios
Residence situated in the pool area either ground or 1st floor. Comprises of one room with 2 single beds, which can be made up as a double bed, one sofa than can be accommodate one extra person, a fully equipment open plan kitchen, fire place, bathroom with bath and shower/WC and private veranda or balcony.
