Location: On the southern side of the island
Description: Poros Town is the only real village of the island. It distingishes for its Neoclassical architecture and the lovely port. Poros is built amphitheatrically on the slopes of a hill and gives great views to the sea.

Location: 3 km north east of Poros Town
Description: Askeli is the longest and busiest beach on the island. It is organized with sun beds, umbrellas and beach bars.
Location: 4 km north west of Poros Town
Description: Love Bay is probably the most beautiful beach on Poros. It is a small bay surrounded by pine trees. The beach is organized and due to its small size, it usually gets crowded.
Location: 3 km north west of Poros Town
Description: This is a lovely beach in close distance to Poros Town. It is surrounded by lush greenery and has some delicious fish taverns along the coast.
Location: 2 km north of Poros Town
Description: This is a fine, small cove with crystal water. The beach is organized and the lush greenery around it creates a relaxing atmosphere.

This clock tower is an imposing feature and the landmark of Poros Town. It stands on the highest spot of the town and gives great view to the sea.
The Monastery of Zoodohos Pigi, located in a region of lush greenery, is dedicated to Virgin Mary. It was established in the early 18th century and the tombs of famous Greek fighters of the Revolution are located at the yard of the monastery.
