A water sports Club (Passage) can be found on Neorio
Beach and offers the possibility to try various
water sports (rowing, kayak, sailing boat, water-skiing,
jump, trick skiing, wakeboard, bare footing, kneeboard,
air chair, parasailing, tubes, windsurfing and jet
skiing), helped and supervised by professional instructors.

There is a Gymnastic Society on Poros organising
tracking and organic gymnastics.
Poros is also ideal for scuba diving, walking, trekking
and biking.
The district around Galatas, on the mainland of
the Peloponnese (10 minutes boat trip from Poros
Town) is perfect to explore by bicycle, which can
be hired from the seafront of Galatas. |

good weather conditions and the beautiful greenery
are making Poros an island ideal for every sport.
All kind of water sports can be effectuated at the
beaches of Askeli, Aspros Gatos (White Cat) and
Megalo Neorio, where water sports equipment can
be rented.
