Hydra’s nigh-life is very intense, like a smaller version of the one of the famous island of Mykonos; the difference with Mykonos is that nigh-life on Hydra has less big clubs to offer and is a bit more sophisticated. Most
of the famous and more popular bars are gathered
along the harbour; they offer a great variety
of drinks and loud music for all the tastes
until early in the morning.
For a more relaxing atmosphere, taverns are also a popular destination until 2 am, offering numerous delicious appetizers, dazzling wine and live traditional music.
For those who wish to continue dancing all night long, some dance clubs can be found on the harbour’s entry, housed in beautiful renovated cliff side mansions.
Then, for those who had spend the entire night dancing and drinking, breakfast is served at the many cafe-bars of Hydra Town, accompanied by relax, ambiance music.
During week-ends, nigh-life becomes even more intense because fashionable Athenians come to Hydra to pass those two days showing off and partying.
