Cancellation Policy: 21 days prior to arrival, is 30% of total stay - No show fee (non arrival), is 100% of total stay - Late cancellation, 48 hrs prior to arrival, is 50% of total stay (except for 1 or 2 nights reservation is 100% of the stay)
