The pine-tree covered island of Agistri has three main villages. Megalochori is the capital of the island, while Skala is the most popular tourist resort on Agistri. All villages have managed to keep their traditional architecture and they are surrounded by amazing greenery.

Location: 2 km east of Megalochori
Description: Skala is the main port of the island. Many picturesque beaches surround Skala and this is the most tourist developed spot in Agistri.
Location: On the northern side of the island
Description: Megalochori is the capital village of the island. It has traditional architecture, a sandy beach and a small port where fishing boats moor. Excursion boats from Megalochori make the tour of the island.
Location: 5 km south of Megalochori
Description: Limenaria is a traditional village on the southern side of the island, amidst pine trees.
Location: 2 km east of Megalochori
Description: This tiny, traditional village is almost adjusted to Skala. Metochi has few houses and it is surrounded by much greenery.
