Location: 2 km east of Megalochori
Description: Skala is the main port of the island. Many picturesque beaches surround Skala and this is the most tourist developed spot in Agistri.
Location: On the northern side of the island
Description: Megalochori is the capital village of the island. It has traditional architecture, a sandy beach and a small port where fishing boats moor. Excursion boats from Megalochori make the tour of the island.

Location: 4 km south west of Megalochori
Description: This is a large beach close to the port of Agistri, Skala. Green cliffs surround this sandy coast, that is totally unorganized.
Location: 8 km south west of Megalochori
Description: Aponissos is a small, secluded bay on the southern side of the island. Surrounded by much greenery, Aponissos has exotic, blue green water.
Location: 3 km south west of Megalochori
Description: This is a beautiful, pebbled beach on the western side of Agistri. Part of the beach is organized with sun beds and umbrellas.

This is the most photographed church on Agistri. Located next to the beach of Skala, it is white in colour and has blue dome.
