Spetses is reachable by water taxi and the ferry regular services, even in the evening.
There are boat excursions to Aegina from Agistri, or it is also possible to take a water taxi - operating 24 hours a day - or a car ferry. Visitors enjoy the hospitable taverns serving delicious traditional fish-based dishes under the cool shade of arbours. There are also a couple of markets to visit, comfortable cafés, and the opportunity to take a walk along the pistachio groves covering the island, even in the area close to the sea.

Regular ferry and taxi services communicate Agistri with the Peloponnese. Visitors really enjoy this excursion, as most well known museums and archaeological sites are in that area. They can also explore Nafplion, a picturesque Venetian village, or take the ferry to Epidavros to attend the Summer Art Festival at the ancient theater in the evening. All in all, there is no place for boredom if you are staying on Agistri.

Even in the Peloponesse mainland, at just one hour by boat, you can enjoy well known archaeological monuments and have a good time.
