Description: Mesagros is a traditional village in the inland of Aegina, on the way to the Temple of Athena Aphaia. This village has a long tradition in pottery.
Location: 7 km east of Aegina Town
Description: Paleochora is the old capital of the island. It is located close to the temple of Aphaia and the village is not inhabited today. Paleochora was gradually abandoned when the modern capital of the island was inhabited.
