General information

Souvala Beach is one of the finest spots on Aegina Island! Its shore is filled with soft, fine sand and boasts beautiful, crystalline waters ideal for a swim. Depending on the wind, though, seaweed may appear in the waters. The endless sea views over the horizon of Souvala are some of the best views in Aegina.

Souvala Beach has both partly organized and non-organized spots. Most of the shore has beachside bars and snack spots offering lots of drinks and meals throughout the day, as well as plenty of sunbeds and sun umbrellas for rent! On the other hand, there is enough free space for bathers to use their own equipment and enjoy the sea waters!

Relax in Souvala

I went to Souvala on Aegina last month. It was a nice little place to relax and take some time off. The beach next to Souvala was OK, food good, especially at Ela Mesa, people friendly and welcoming hotel (Ela Mesa). As I stayed only in Souvala, I can't speak for the rest of the island. Just improve the roads there, as they get dangerous sometimes.
