Samos is still quite wild as tourism is not too widespread. Hotels are certainly many but you do not find the organized beach resorts that exist, for example, in Rhodes or Mykonos. Kokkari is one of the best resorts in Samos. It is very organized and not crowded, probably because we usually go on early June. It was our third time on Samos this year and we always stay in Kokkari. You can find lovely rooms to rent there at very reasonable prices. The beach is great and clean, just a bit windy some evenings.

Lemonakia is the most organized beach of Samos. Many umbrellas, lots of sun beds and very clean waters. Although I liked the beach very much, I would prefer it if it was less crowded. Not many taverns close to Lemonakia but nice hotels.
