The hotel has completed its first year of operation and is preparing for another successful season by putting together a strong team of individuals.

We are a young energetic management team interested in recruiting well experienced Waiters/Waitresses for the everyday operation of the a la carte restaurant and room service for the 2008 season (Apr - Oct). The restaurant serves American type breakfast, all-day menu with snacks for the poolside area, and a la carte menu till late. Daily activities and responsibilities will require the following:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in similar position
Tourism industry degree
Ability to communicate fluently in both Greek and English language
Good knowledge of wines

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of a second foreign language

PERSONAL SKILLS and QUALITIES
Polite and hospitable nature
Neat, punctual, organizing, responsible, smart, and problem solving
Being able to work productively in a group

The waiter/waitress reports directly to the Hotel Manager and Assistant Manager. Interaction with guests will necessitate being well-mannered, well-presented and helpful. Computer knowledge, Ms Office suite

The Cook reports directly to the Hotel Manager and Assistant Manager. A daily and weekly report is required as well as stock level monitoring.
