General: Authentic Greek

We liked Karpathos because it still is authentic Greece, not overfloaded with mass tourism. Inhabitants are vere friendly and there are lovely beaches. For me, the best was St Nikolas but my husband liked Apella better. We visited many different tavernas and in overall the food was excellent. Good quality and prices. Definitely give a try to Glaros restaurant in St Nikolas beach.
