Kefalonia: Marina Anna Trapezaki

We stayed at the Marina Anna apartments for 1 week in September. The apartments are simply furnished but spotlessly clean. Both the kitchen and bathroom bins were emptied every day. We had a studio on the top floor and the views over the bay were wonderful. We would certainly stay at the Marina Anna apartments again.

I booked this hotel just hoping it was so close to the Chora as expected and I found a quiet heaven of bougainvilleas hanging from my balcony overlooking a neat swimming pool and the cathedral on the opposite hill... no need to say the owners' hospitality was as sweet as the accommodation, Maria was even willing to recharge my MP3 player on her PC!

I spent my holydays in Kefalonia at Diona studios: only 50 meters or less from the beach! The rooms have a/c, very usefull kitchen and bathroom with shower, and a small pretty balcony. We liked: Amazing bay view from our room window, daily room cleaning, a friendly hotel owner. Breakfast terrace also has an amazing view. You can bring your own food for breakfast.
What we didn't like: Strip ceiling, old plumbing equipment, leakage marks on the walls.
