Planitero village Kalavryta: Located to the north east of the village Klitoria, Planitero is another village, known for the springs and waterfalls of the Aroanios river and also the mouth watering trout, served at local food joints.
The village has numerous trout farms, which supply much of the local cuisine. Beautiful stone houses located within the village add to its appeal. Many hiking paths pass through or near this village and lead to the breathtaking plane forest nearby and to the source of Aroanios river. |
