Ageranos village Gythio: Ageranos is a small but beautiful village in Gythio. It is located to the northeast of the village of Neochori close to Skoutari.

The north west of the village is dominated by towers and fortress of the Grigorakis family and the beautiful church of Taxiarches is also located there.

You should also visit the nearby Ageranos Beach, which is undoubtedly one of the most stunning beaches of Gythio.

The surrounding area is full of archaeological places and ancient monuments that are proof to the village’s historical richness.
