Ageranos beach Gythio

Ageranos beach Gythio: Ageranos beach is also known as Vathi beach. It is one of the most beautiful beaches that surround Gythio town and it is found 15 km to the south of the town. This beach is very close to Ageranos village, a seaside settlement with abandoned towers built in the traditional style of Mani. The beach is quite well-organized as it has umbrellas, sun beds and a beach volley court. The coast consists of sand mixed with pebbles. In summer, it gets pretty crowded with locals and tourists.
