Ermioni is a beautiful small harbor which is located in the prefecture of Argolida. You can reach Ermioni within two hours from Athens both by car and by hydrofoil. Fine, it may take 3 hours by car because the road is a bit winding. Those who like calm seaside towns, this is their place. There... More >

I actually didn't expect Ermioni to be so picturesque, but it is!! This is a nice, small town to have some relaxing days. Typically the waterfront is lined by lovely cafeterias and taverns and has view to the port. On a hill above Ermioni, there is an old preserved windmill and a cafeteria... More >

We had booked our hotel room in Spetses for a week but it seemed that 6 nights were too many for Spetses. So, we set out an excursion to Ermioni, only 20 minutes away by hydrofoil. It is a small town that ressembles a lot to an island. A typical seaside town actually, with taverns by the sea, gift... More >

Although Ermioni is a small village, surprisingly it is much developed. We stayed there for a few days on our way to Porto Heli to get the ferry to Spetses. You will see many luxurious and impressive hotels there and lovely gift shops. The beaches are fine and it has some picturesque, quiet... More >

Ermioni is more of a small lovely town. There isn't much sightseeing to do in the area, except for some churches and villages. I found the beaches pretty rocky and pebbled, but very clear. We passed by Ermioni on our tour around Peloponnese. It is nice to stay for a couple of days, but do not spend... More >

Since Greece happens to be my favourite destination, I have spent many summer and winter holidays in different Greek places. Last July I decided to explore Peloponnesus and during my tour I spent one day in the village of Ermioni. I arrived there by car from Porto Heli, where we were settled for... More >

I visited Ermioni a couple of years ago. I didn't knew the Peloponnese well and that was a great opportunity to see some of it. I went there by car and was impressed by the pine forests. The road was very difficult (lots of turns) and wished I took the boat. We stopped at the Corinth's cannal were... More >
