Reservation Info of Ermioni Villas
Note:
Minimum stay 7 days.
Terms and Conditions:
30% of the total amount deposit.
Reservations are confirmed after payment of the deposit is made.
Balance payable 30 days before arrival (payment in Euro please).
Changeover day is Saturday but some flexibility will be considered if given sufficient notice.
Clients are expected to depart the property by 11:00 am, unless otherwise indicated.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of € 800,00 is required to be paid directly to the owner in cash upon arrival. The cash deposit shall be refunded at the end of the rental period, less any damages that might be done to the property.The deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled 2 (two) months or longer prior to arrival date.
30% of the deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 1 (one) month prior to arrival date.
Later cancellations non refundable.
