Welcome to Elafonissos Island, Greece, Peloponnese
Elafonissos Greece belongs to the Prefecture of laconia and is a small fishing village. It counts only a few hundreds of inhabitants but during summer the most odd thing happens and the residents become almost double in numbers. The island is an attraction spot for thousands of visitors that in the high time periods of July and Agust they overvome 5,000.

The coasts of Elafonissos host many white sand beaches. Among them the most famous is the twin beaches of Frangos and Sarakiniko (Simos beach), on the south side of the island, as well as the only pebbled beach on the island, the Aglyfti, well hidden on the west of the island, behind a small islet.
