Volos is situated in the center of Greece, at the foot

From the town of Volos, one can see the beautiful traditional
villages of Pelion perched on the pine covered mountains.
The town has long and large waterfront and it is the place
where the non professional activities take place. There
are pastry shops, cafes-bars, restaurants and mezedopolia
where they serve the traditional drink, tsipouro, with
some meets. Many of the town’s commercial streets are
pedestrian and offer pleasant walks.

Pelion
is famous for its beautiful and long sandy beaches in
blue-green crystal waters. The
beaches of Pelion are impressive for the reason that they
are combined with the freshness of the green forests.
