In a symbolic gesture, the Batican returned to Greece a piece of the Parthenon frieze depicting the head of a man. This gesture shows the support of the Batican to Greece in her effort to get all the pieces of the Parthenon frieze back.

An old German aircraft will be pulled up by the Greek Air Force in Maleme, Chania. The aircraft lies there since the Second World War and in some parts it looks almost untouched by time.
