Greeka.com presents a brand new section related to the history and culture of Greece: the biography of famous Greek people. As we believe that there couldn't be a complete website about Greece and the Greek islands without a reference to the most famous Greeks all over the world, we decided to create this section and give our visitors a full view of the Greek culture.

From the ancient times till present, there are well-known Greeks in all domains: philosophy, war strategy, science, arts and business. A description of their life and work would be interesting and fascinating. Although for present, our section contains the biography of ten only people, our plan is that in the future more biographies will be added. We feel it is a small tribute to people who made our culture famous, who inspired others and helped the country to progress along its long history.
