About Luteguy.... I'm an American working as a systems engineer for a company that provides financial services to many banks and credit unions. I've been married for 23 years to a wonderful woman for who is 52cm shorter than I (almost 2 feet) but I'm 2 meters tall (6' 7"). I have 2 sons in their late teens and a 9-year-old daughter.

Luteguy's interests.... I like to travel, but don't get to very often. I've been to India in the late 1980s; lived and worked in Ghana (West Africa) for a year in 1993; and visited Greece in 2006. I'm a Christian and have been since age 19. I love anything to do with guitar. I play classical guitar and my all-time favorite artist is Gordon Lightfoot. I love chocolate...and I mean DARK chocolate (milk chocolate is just a chocolate-flavored candy). I keep tasting notes on all the ones I've tried - 458 different bars so far! I am a real philhellene (Greece nut). I have some ancient Greek coins and about the only books I read are Greece-related. I just finished a book on the battle at Salamis and am currently re-reading the Odyssey. I can't wait to return to Hellas and see more of Attica and visit the Peloponnese!
