The Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art in Thessaloniki has created a virtual museum, where visitors can see in three dimensions more than 100 permanent exhibits of the museum. This task was performed in less than 7 months by experts of the museum, in cooperation with the Artistotle University of Thessaloniki. This digitalization was very tricky, especially when the authentical exhibits were made of different material, such as glass, paper and textile. Moreover, there was special effort made so that this program was evaluated by people of the museum, university experts and simple Internet users to discover any needs for improvements.
