Located in Sithonia, the second peninsula of Chalkidiki, just a couple of kilometers northern from the village Marmaras and about the same distance from the village Nikiti. In Maria Elena Villas holidaymakers can indulge themselves in all kind of pleasures, since Akti Elia and the near villages can offer all kind of entertainment with excellent taverns and bars, as well as shops and other facilities such as a variety of water sports, golf courses et.c. Maria Elena villas consist of totally stone built and marble tiled luxurious villas which include private pools, and stone built suites with indoor private spas, two minutes walk from the sea. Villa Maria, Dimitra, Afrodite & Eleni are in a modern and contemporary style decorated, while villas, Electra & Daphne belong to a more traditional style. All villas are fully equipped and elegantly decorated, air-conditioned with TV-sets and fulfill all the needs and expectations of the guests. Each villa consists of 2 levels. In the upper level lies a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, electric cooker), a comfortable living-room with a cosy stone built fire place and a toilette. The other level accommodates 2 bedrooms-one master twin bed and one with 2 single beds- with its personal bouduair and an impressive marble tiled bathroom. The stone built suites consist of one master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, electric cooker), a marble tiled bathroom and a unique living-room with indoor private splash pool-spa. All the villas enjoy a magnificent view either from the terraces, the verandas, or the sun loungers in the pools. Cleaning and change of linen takes place three times per week. The villas and suites are open all year.
