Zakynthos (Zante) is part of the Ionian Islands and is only a few miles away from the mainland of the Peloponnese.
Frequent daily ferries depart from the port of Kilini, on the eastern Peloponnesian coast, to the island of Zakynthos. The trip takes about an 1 hour.
You can go to Killini by bus from Athens or Patras to take the boat to Zakynthos. |
