Terms and Conditions
One week (7 nights) minimum stay.
30% deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The advanced payments are not refundable in case of cancellation by the tenant.
Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full to guarantee reservation.
We accept only bank transfers and cash as the form of payment.
