The villas are ideally situated amongst olive trees with magnificent views over the bay of Gaios. They are easily accessible by road or foot path. Each of the three villas accommodates four persons or can be converted into two totally independent studios for two persons each. With their prime positions, elegant design, air conditioning and modern facilities the Bay View offer a superb base for a relaxing holiday.

The upper floor consists of a bedroom, sitting area, cooking facilities, bathroom (shower), air conditioning and TV. The ground floor consists of living room, dining area / kitchen. On a raised secluded level is the double bed which includes air conditioning, TV and bathroom (shower).
• Jasmin
The upper floor consists of bedroom(twin beds), sitting area, cooking facilities and bathroom(shower), TV, and air conditioning. Beautifully decorated living room with kitchen and on a raised secluded level there is a double bed with bathroom(shower),TV and air conditioning.
• Mimosa
The upper floor consists of bedroom (twin beds), sitting area, cooking facilities, bathroom(shower),TV and air conditioning. Large living room with dinning/kitchen area beautifully decorated in country design. Separate bedroom with double bed, TV and bathroom (shower).
The two studios are set in a garden surrounded by lemon trees, bougainvilleas and hibiscus, 50m from the marina in the port of Gaios.
• Pithari Studio
A two roomed apartment on the ground floor of the main house, is tastefully decorated and blends beautifully with the surrounding country garden. It consists of bedroom with double bed, bathroom (shower), and sitting room / kitchenette, TV and air conditioning. The couch can open into a single bed suitable for third person.
• Pithari Cottage
A tiny two Roomed cottage tucked away in a beautiful garden. It accommodates 2 persons and consists of a picturesque small sitting room with cooking facilities and comfortable bedroom with bathroom (shower), TV and air conditioning. The flagstone patio is a beautiful shady spot to relax.
