It is a complex of apartments, newly built in the traditional Ionian type that can accommodate 2 to 5 people. The hotel offers two roomed apartments with garden view, studios with garden view and studios with pool view.

The Sunrises complex is located in the NE coast of Paxos just north of New Port. It consists of three individual villas, a few meters from the sea. The Sunrises Villas offer well furnished and spacious houses and apartments. All the houses are surrounded by gorgeous gardens equipped with beautiful BBQs and nice outdoor dining areas. They all feature spacious verandas and balconies, direct access to the sea and private parking. Inside the apartments the local color is prominent. Most of the apartments have fireplaces, many have two bathrooms, and there is at least one tv set in each.

One kilometer far from the old port of Gaios and very close to the beach villa contessina is built. . Four quiet rooms traditionally furnished with unique atmosphere, offer an illimitable view of the Ionian Sea from their private verandas, breakfast and all modern. A fully equipped large kitchen, in the ground floor, is available to the residents. Around the villa there is a large cobblestone courtyard with a swimming pool 9x6 m. There is also a private and secure parking place.
