In the beautiful Meganisi in Lefkada, between the dell's luxuriant vegetation and the blue of the sea, we have built three villas of outmost beauty. We have built three independent villas, of local architecture using natural as well as modern resources. These villas combine the respect to tradition, together with the comforts sought by the modern guest. Walking through the stone path, under the shadow of olives and pines, the visitor will reach the small private beach, where one can enjoy the diaphanous waters of the Ionian Sea.

In the traditional settlement of Spartochori of Meganissi, Lefkada, we have constructed a luxurious housing estate with a swimming pool on a land property of 800 square metres.The estate consists of five houses, among which three of a 60m2 area, one of 70m2 and one of 95m2. These are two-storey, detached houses, fully air conditioned, with the first floor comprising a sitting room, kitchen and dining room, and the second one consisting of a bedroom and bathroom. Each of the houses is equipped in such a way as to cater for the comfortable stay of a minimum of four or even six people.
