a capital of 8000 inhabitants, the island of Lefkada
possesses all kind of shops, mainly gathered in the
pedestrian street which is extending from the capital’s
centre to the north of the harbour.
Shops selling all the high quality local products can
be found in Lefkada Town and in many other villages
and main resorts.
Touristy shops can be found everywhere in the island
and are open 7 days per week until very late. The other
shops are opened 6 days a week from 9 am to 2 pm and
from 5 pm to 9 pm. On Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
shops are open from 9am to 3 pm.
