The houses are surrounded by an olive grove in a distance of 500m from the sea. The yards apart from the pool, have a flower garden, trellis and barbecue. In the internal we find a living room with fire place and sofas, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electrical cook etc. There are two bathrooms made of granite and stone materials. The bedrooms are elevated and they have traditional furniture. The decoration of the house is typical of the Greek tradition. Each house also has private parking, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, shower, TV and DVD.

At the south part of Lefkada, 30 km from the city, built at the deepest recess of a bay, Sivota charms all the visitors. When the small marina is full, the sailing boats moor arodo (means off-shore), creating a magnificent scenery. Inside an olive field, at the edge of the village, in front of the small beach, we created Arodo-Seaside Villas : Two independent, luxury villas with private pools.
