The Alkyon Hotel is an apartment complex built in the traditional fishing village of Lygia, on the island of Lefkas. It consists of 6 studio apartments, 8 two-room apartments and 2 separate three-storey houses. Each one has it’s own style and is decorated with handmade furnishings, wooden ceilings and spacious balconies. The Alkyon can accommodate up to 50 people. All the studio’s and apartments are independent units offering a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking facilities on an electric hob, a television, air-conditioning and a safe.

Natura villas rest on 2,5 acres of land and consist of three independent two-level houses of 75 sqm, each able to accommodate 4-6 people. Inside each villa you will find -on the ground floor- a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and spacious balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a balcony offering an amazing sea view. We have created with love and care an ideal place for our guests to feel cozy in and enjoy a high standard of luxury while on vacation.

Our small complex of 4 detached stone villas is at the entrance of 2 of the oldest villages: Drimona and Exanthia. Stone detached villas with breathtaking view over the sea. Outside a private garden, a roof garden, parking lot.

Three superior deluxe villas stand in their own quiet & secluded grounds in the residential area of St Johns (Agios Ioannis) at the North Western tip of Lefkas. Being just 450 metres from a beautiful beach. They have been built to an exceptionally high standard with many outstanding features including handmade furniture, top of the range fully fitted kitchens, beautifully designed bedrooms, open beamed wooden ceilings & top quality bathroom suites. Each villa has air-conditioning and TVs and to the outside a large barbecue and patio with spacious lawned.

In Asplathia region, 6 km to the north west of Lefkada town and 5 km from the beach of Agios Nikitas, five stone villas are spread on the western slopes of a lush green hill with olive trees. The villas are beautifully integrated in the lush green natural environment and have view to the Ionian Sea and the mountainous sides of Lefkada.

Situated here (Tsoukalades) is also Villa Eleon. Two traditional, stone maisonettes which can accommodate 2 to 4 people in each. The materials which have been used are stone, wood, marble, tying completely in with each other accompanied by the decor of fine elegant furniture. It is about two new built villas spaced for 6 (six) people (each) fully furnished, air-conditioned and fully equipped with separated pools and above all with a spectacular view to the Ionian Sea. lthough they are built on a mountainous area there is only a distance of 2.5 km from the center of Lefkas and 3km from the clean beaches around the island of Lefkas.

Idilli presents seven amazing properties that have been built with pools on the outskirts of the charming resort of Agios Nikitas in Lefkas. Idilli villas have their own private space and patios and are situated in different levels with each other. Perched on the rocky peninsula, they enjoy spectacular sea views right in front of the villas! Villa Stamata consists of two maisonettes of 80sq.m. each with an accommodation capacity of up to six person. Each residence has a private swimming pool and garden, is air-conditioned (cooling and heating) throughout and is fully equipped with the comforts of home. A fully equipped Kitchen - fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, boiler, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils - a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, cable TV, and DVD player, and a W.C. are provided on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Maid service is provided twice a week.

The three-bedroom villa located on the mountainside overlooking the breathtaking beach to the coast of Lefkada. The two-storey villa has a double bedroom, shower with toilet and a separate cloakroom with wc and washbasin. All bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets, wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing. The first floor has two more spacious bedrooms with balconies overlooking the beach and crystal clear waters and a shared bathroom. The modern kitchen has a microwave, fridge-freezer, table and chairs. Outside are terraces with swimming pool and barbecue.

The "Aeriko Homes of distinction" is a group of houses, located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Lefkas Island (Agios Ioannis). All the rooms are air-conditioned. The house offers a large garden, a pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas, a big patio with garden furniture and a BBQ area. Private parking is also provided. All verandas, the balcony and the whole pool area have magnificent sea views.

Villa Helena & Villa Eirini: Self-catering / three bedroom villas (155 square meters each in three levels, accommodating 6+1 persons each of them an extra folding bed can be added in the living room if required). Each villa divided in three levels. In one side of the yard there is a BBQ place with a beautiful veranda (sitting place) covered by a pergola for shadow and at the other side a Swimming pool 5m x 8 m. both yard places are offering a spectacular sea view.

The villas have a private driveway lined with many pine trees. At the front of the villas there are large patio areas with sofas and chairs undercover and gardens surrounding the swimming pools. Villa Christy has 5 bedrooms and Villa Tina has 4 bedrooms. Their kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, toasty maker, cutlery and crockery for 12 people and complete set of cooking equipment. The lounge/living area is 80sq.m with WC and laundry room, large fireplace, 42' plasma TV, DVD player, CD/radio.

Lefkada Villas are constructed with stone, wood and marble, these luxurious villas are fully equipped with all modern facilities. They have air-conditioning, Internet access, satellite TV, private pool, barbecue and parking space. The pool and the rooms are frequently cleaned. Pets are allowed.
