General Information:
The villas have a private driveway lined with many pine trees. At the front of the villas there are large patio areas with sofas and chairs undercover and gardens surrounding the swimming pools with 6 sun loungers for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Large dining tables are in the shade under modern canopies which seat 12 people and the whole outside areas are fully lit providing ideal areas for entertaining in the evening. There are large gas barbecues which can cook for 10 people. Each villa has its own private pool.

Villa Christy has 5 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with 4 ceramic plates and extractor fan, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, toasty maker, cutlery and crockery for 12 people and complete set of cooking equipment. The kitchen also has an island in the middle which can be used for dining and also as a bar. The lounge/living area is 80sq.m with WC and laundry room, large fireplace, 42' plasma TV, DVD player, CD/radio.

Villa Tina has 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms are master, 2 with shower in en-suite, 1 with Jacuzzi bath in en-suite and the last has an en-suite with a bath. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with 4 ceramic plates and extractor fan, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, toasty maker cutlery and crockery for 12 people and complete set of cooking equipment. The lounge/living area is 80sq.m and has WC & laundry room, large fireplace, 42' plasma TV, DVD player, CD/radio. The villas are constructed with earthquake resistant materials and natural stone and each have solar panel energy with inverter air conditioning in each room.
