Situated here (Tsoukalades) is also "Villa Eleon". Two traditional, stone maisonettes which can accommodate 2 to 4 people in each. The materials which have been used are stone, wood, marble, tying completely in with each other accompanied by the decor of fine elegant furniture. On the ground floor of each villa is a living room and fully equipped kitchen. Our guests can enjoy exceptional moments of comfort and relaxation in the spacious rooms of the first floor. You will surely feel nostalgia and romanticism which the wrought iron four poster bed radiates remining other sweeter moments.

The houses are surrounded by an olive grove in a distance of 500m from the sea. The yards apart from the pool, have a flower garden, trellis and barbecue. In the internal we find a living room with fire place and sofas, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electrical cook etc. There are two bathrooms made of granite and stone materials. The bedrooms are elevated and they have traditional furniture. The decoration of the house is typical of the Greek tradition. Each house also has private parking, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, shower, TV and DVD.

Casa Picollo is a beautifull independent villa very close to the beach of the Village Agios Nikitas. An area of 500 m2 surrounds that very beautiffull village house, so unless it is a very close to the village it has some privacy. The land is dotted with big trees and plans so you can enjoy your lunch or breakfast in the open space.

Esperides Villas consists of four independent villas which are perched amphitheatrically on the side of the hill of Katouna. Esperides Villas are decorated in style and designed paying particular attention to detail. There is a cosy bedroom with bathroom a spacious sitting room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Idilli presents seven brand-new properties that have been built with pools on the outskirts of the charming resort of agios nikitas in lefkas. The house is located in Dragano, a peaceful village up on the mountain Our house (200 cm) can be rented either as a whole or by room and can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 3 spacious and self-contained bedrooms each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. In the communal areas you will find fireplace, TV, Stereo System, DVD, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and a WC. A traditional oven, barbeque and garden seating can be found in the courtyard/garden.
